Guarantee & Returns:
Due to the nature of the product; "made to order" items cannot be returned.
In the case of broken or damaged items we use great care in packaging our products. Damaged or lost product nearly always happens in shipping. We strongly recommend you purchase insurance. As receiver of the damaged item it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping provider. To file a claim it is necessary to have proof of damage, i.e. damaged item, original packaging including the outside box and packing material (peanuts and/or bubble wrap). Do not discard any items until told to by the shipping provider.
Shipping:
Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and several European countries. We use UPS Ground as our primary carrier. Shipping fees are actual based on UPS shipping charts.
*ALL ITEMS SHIP AFTER THE LISTED PRODUCTION TIME IN THE PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION. CHOOSING A FASTER SHIPPING OPTION WILL NOT DECREASE THE TIME THE PRODUCT IS MADE - IT WILL ONLY DECREASE THE NUMBER OF DAYS THE PACKAGES IS IN TRANSIT TO YOUR ADDRESS.
